At Lucknow Skin Shop and Boot Barn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium leather goods and footwear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Verify Eligibility

Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached, including the protective seals on boot soles.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or exchange.

Pack and Label

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our barn, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
